Curbside Pickup / Local Delivery
Curbside Pickup is available from either of our Colorado stores. In addition, we offer free delivery if you live within five miles of one of our locations. These options can be a bit tricky to use on this website but once you figure them out, it's a breeze! When you get to the checkout screen:
Shipping is currently available within the continental U.S. only. Shipping is based on product size and weight. Pricing and current shipping options are available at checkout. We do the best we can to get your orders out the door within a day or two. Unfortunately shipping delays are hard to predict. Beyond the Blackboard is not responsible for shipping delays due to shipping service internal errors or due to weather.
Processing & Estimated Shipping Time
We know you’re excited to receive your order! All orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Occasionally an item you love may be out of stock before your order is processed - if this happens, we’ll email you right away with an update! Please remember that estimated shipping time varies by method. Please monitor your order using the Order Status button.

Christmas / Hanukkah return? No problem, you have until January 15th to return your holiday items.
Are you returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing an online Beyond the Blackboard gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
If there is a problem with your order please give us at call 303-422-5151 or email us at email@example.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible. If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
Returned product must be in "as-new" condition in its original packaging to receive full refund. Please pack your items carefully, damages due to inadequate packaging on the customer's end will be limited to a store credit.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
