    • Exit slip: Have students write on a sticky note a response to a question you pose at the end of a lesson and attach it to the chart as they exit the classroom for the day.
    • Admit slip: Have students reflect on their understanding of the previous night's homework, write their thoughts on a sticky note, and attach it to the chart as they enter the classroom.
